Hari Sharma oversees patient intake, insurance verification, coding, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management, with a focus on optimizing cash flow and reducing claim rejections. Simultaneously, the he ensures that all billing practices adhere to healthcare laws, payer regulations, and internal compliance standards, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements.
