Annishya Karunanithy is responsible for overseeing the end to-end revenue cycle processes while ensuring exceptional service and outcomes for clients. And managing all aspects of RCM—including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections—to maximize cash flow and minimize billing errors. At the same time, the she serves as the primary point of contact for key clients, working to understand their needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
 

Annishya Karunanithy oversee the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration to claims processing and reimbursement, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and optimizing billing workflows. Their responsibilities include implementing strategies to reduce claim denials, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, focus on client success by fostering relationships with healthcare providers, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with billing services. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in medical billing regulations to drive financial performance and maintain client trust.

Michael Stone holds responsible to ensuring that all billing operations comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance guidelines. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures to prevent billing errors, fraud, and legal risks. The Compliance Manager conducts regular audits and internal reviews to monitor billing accuracy, coding practices, and data security, while also staying current with changes in healthcare regulations.

This role involves managing the entire RCM workflow—from patient registration, insurance verification, coding, and charge entry to claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections—with the

goal of maximizing revenue and minimizing delays or errors.

establishes performance benchmarks, implements process improvements, and ensures that operations align with client expectations, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.
