Simultaneously, the he ensures that all billing practices adhere to healthcare laws, payer regulations, and internal compliance standards, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements. At the same time, the she serves as the primary point of contact for key clients, working to understand their needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
